Wow, we were initially just looking at refinancing our home to a 15-year and what options we had. We were met with Mark Manzo for matching our needs to what we were thinking of. He gave us options for 15, 20 and 30 years and we went with 15 years. During the process it was so easy: a link to a secured website to upload and DocuSign anything we needed. We were met by Evan Kassem. He reviewed with us our offering and sent in documents. It was the easiest process thus far. Everything from initial contact, to signed documents to closing was a breeze working with Mark, Evan, Amanda Isom and Rachel Edwards.
